Mozilla Firebird

Mozilla Thunderbird 0.3

Mozilla Thunderbird 0.3 Release Candidate 3 is now available for Windows and Mac OS X. More information about this test build can be found in Scott MacGregor's post to the MozillaZine Forums. The final version of Thunderbird 0.3 is expected to be released simultaneously with Mozilla 1.5.

Camino

Camino lead developer Mike Pinkerton has proposed a new review process for the Mac OS X browser, with the aim of kickstarting development and attracting more contributors. Some new flags have been set up in Bugzilla to facilitate the introduction of the new process.

Server Migration

The mozilla.org download site (ftp.mozilla.org) has moved to a new server. In addition, the directory structure of the FTP version of the site has changed (for example, it's now ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mozilla/nightly/ to download the latest nightly). The URLs for the HTTP version remain the same (for example, http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/). Myk Melez's newsgroup posting about the server move, posted before the change took place, has more information.
